What is District 2?
When residents approved the Home Rule Charter in the November 2023 election, Erie was divided into three representative districts, with two Council Members elected from each district. The Mayor of Erie is elected at large.
District 2 consists of the Northern parts of Erie and is the only district that is located in both Weld and Boulder County. The District consists of the following neighborhoods:
- Colliers Hill
- Dearmin Minor
- Erie Highlands
- Erie Village
- Grandview
- Huntley Creek
- Kenosha Estates
- Kenosha Farm
- Lost Creek Farm
- Morgan Hill
- Northridge
- Old Town
- Schmidt
- Spring Hill
- Summerfield
- Sunset
- Westerly
- Wildrose
